About Us
The owner and founder of Parting Waters, LLC, Kristin Robinson, began her swimming program in 2006. The swimming lesson program started at the Longhills Swimming Pool in Benton, AR. When Longhills Swimming Pool closed in 2012, the program was moved to Hurricane Golf and County Club in Bryant, AR. In 2017, the swimming program was given the official name of Parting Waters, LLC. All of the instructors are American Red Cross certified instructors, trained by Kristin, herself, with the help of colleague, Angel Dale. Our goal is to provide high quality instruction by well-trained individuals, with the purpose of keeping everyone safe in, on and around aquatic environments. Kristin is an American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor Trainer, an American Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor, as well as a Certified Pool Operator with the NSPF and an Aquatic Facility Operator Instructor for the NRPA. She is currently employed with the City of Bryant as the Aquatic Superintendent where she oversees the indoor facility with a lap pool and therapy pool and an outdoor splash pad at Bishop Park. She also manages the outdoor pool at Mills Park. Kristin started life guarding and teaching swim lessons in 1988, at the age of 17. She has continued to teach and train in the Aquatic industry ever since.
